Treason in the mass media age

The United States Constitution, Section 3, defines treason and its punishment.
"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attained." US Constitution, Section 3

"The Constitution defines treason as specific acts, namely 'levying War against [the United States], or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.' ... In Ex Parte Bollman, 8 U.S. 75 (1807), the Supreme Court ruled that 'there must be an actual assembling of men, for the treasonable purpose, to constitute a levying of war.' "

Speech, directly or via media, including inflammatory signs in public assembly, threats, etc., is not protected free speech.

Terrorist warfare is designed to frighten and intimidate the target population and government in order to, in the US, damage the Constitution, and destroy the rights to "equal ... Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness" for all, and to establish a discriminatory oligopoly government.

It is clear, by both word and deed, that the "alt-right", various white supremacists groups, and others, assemble for the express purpose of "waging terrorist war" against the people and the US Constitution and Laws.

An organization IS "an actual assembling of men".

These people are clearly "Enemies" of the United States, the Constitution, and the principles enumerated in the Declaration of Independence and the Preamble of our Constitution. Anyone who enables them and their acts and inflammatory speech, is, in fact,
"giving them Aid and Comfort" to enemies.
